ALL products installed by BudgetCuts include a one-year parts and labor warranty unless otherwise noted on the customer quote. All warranties start from the day of original equipment shipment. All products installed by any other person or agency is covered for a period of 1 year on parts. NO LABOR WARRANTY WILL EVER BE INCLUDED IF BUDGETCUTS DOESN'T INSTALL THE PRODUCT(S).

In the event a customer has problems with the equipment or installation a service technician will arrive on location within 48 hrs after the customer receives a support request ticket number. After the problem is identified the customer will be notified as to the remedy of repair.

Under no circumstance will BudgetCuts ever assume any responsibility or liability for the customer's data, video, records, or lack thereof while installing products or conducting a service UNLESS the customer has hired BudgetCuts for that specific data backup service.

The customer is responsible for storage of their data, video, records, etc and should complete a backup routine daily by means of remote server and/or CD/CD-RW/DVD/DVD-RW and or USB flash drive UNLESS the customer has hired BudgetCuts for that specific data storage service.

Exclusions to the warranty are as follows:

ACT OF GOD - A natural event, not preventable by any human agency, such as flood, storms, or lightning. Forces of nature that no one has control over and therefore cannot be held accountable.

User Error - An act or action (whether accidental or intentional) that caused mechanical or software failure to the warranty product(s).

Animal or Rodent Damage - If any animal or rodent damages the product(s) or service lines.

Criminal Acts / Vandalism - Any equipment damaged by force or attempted force to product(s).

BudgetCuts will not be responsible for consequential damage to the system or its components caused by either internal or external equipment, shorted connections or components not installed or obtained from us.

BudgetCuts shall not be liable for damage to painted surfaces due to physical abuse, excessive use, and liquids, chemicals spilled upon or inside the components including oxidation or corrosion to components caused by exposure to salt air.

The limited warranty also does not cover any losses or damages that may occur as result of:

Shipping

Negligent installation

Failure to maintain or protect against environmental hazards

Excessive Power Current

Inadequate Power Current

Power Surges or other electrical irregularities.

Any repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of options/parts by anyone other than an authorized agent of BudgetCuts.
